Spring Post: Music As Literature

In my opinion, we can absolutely consider music to be literature. We define literature by books and written peices of work that have a story line and plot, but there is much more to it. Literature is a form of art and can be expressed in many different ways than we give it credit for. Is there a difference between a novel, a poem, a rap, a song, and opera, and a symphony? When you look at the overall idea of these things, you will see that they all have passion and a reason. Everything seems to have a connection to something else, so in a sense it is a small world after all.
