The Peeved Pedestrian

         I think that  Ray Bradbury wrote the novel I am reading to inform society, how sometimes we can get so sucked up in our own world that we forget how to live and open up our eyes. Bradbury uses a lot of indirect characterization, for example when he talks about Beatty entering a room and taking complete control of everyone. By this alone, you can tell that Beatty is well respected and somewhat feared to other people.
